Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026 · Invisintel Technologies Private Limited · CIN U72100UP2025PTC222833

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our commercial relationships, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It is written for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and applies to invisinteltechnologies.in.

The short version. We collect only what you send us through the enquiry form. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and our products are deployed on your own infrastructure — the case data you process in them never reaches us.

What we do not collect

  • We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies
  • We do not buy personal data from third parties
  • We do not require an account to browse this website

3. Case data processed in our products

Our platforms are supplied for deployment on infrastructure controlled by you. The investigation data you load into them — call records, device artefacts, network captures, open-source findings — stays within your environment. We are not a controller or processor of that data in normal operation.

If you ask us for support that requires access to your environment, that access happens only on your explicit request, under your supervision, and under the confidentiality terms of your agreement.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent when you submit an enquiry, on the basis of contractual necessity where you are a customer, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping this website secure and available. Where the law requires us to retain records, we do so.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who host this website and handle form submissions, bound by contract
  • Professional advisers — accountants, auditors, lawyers — where necessary
  • Authorities, where we are legally compelled to disclose

6. Retention

Enquiries that do not become a commercial relationship are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are retained for the term of the agreement plus the period required by tax and company law. Server logs are retained for a short operational period by our host.

7. Security

We apply access control, encryption in transit, and the principle of least privilege to the data we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we take our obligations here seriously — it is the business we are in.

8. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may ask us to:

  • Confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and give you a summary of it
  • Correct anything inaccurate, or complete anything incomplete
  • Erase data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep
  • Withdraw a consent you previously gave
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf

Write to invisinteltechnologies@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children

This website and our products are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data relating to anyone under 18.

10. External links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be notified to customers under an active agreement.

Note. This policy has been drafted to reflect how we actually operate. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel — have a lawyer review it before you rely on it commercially.
